Where are you located?
NL Car Rentals is based at 85 Kenmount Road, St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador. Our convenient location makes it easy to pick up and drop off your rental vehicle—whether you’re a local or flying in.
How do I make a reservation?
You can reserve your rental vehicle directly through our website in just a few clicks. If you prefer, feel free to give us a call and we’ll be happy to help you book your rental over the phone.
What do I need to rent a vehicle?
To rent a car, you’ll need:
- A valid driver’s license.
- A credit card in the renter’s name.
- You must be at least 25 years old.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. We believe in transparent pricing. All costs, taxes, and fees are clearly outlined before you confirm your reservation. What you see is what you pay.
What if I need to cancel or change my booking?
We understand that travel plans can change. Contact us as soon as possible to modify or cancel your booking. Our flexible cancellation policy is designed to keep things stress-free.
Is insurance included with the rental?
Basic insurance coverage is included, but you can also choose from additional coverage options for added peace of mind. We’ll go over your options at the time of booking.
Can I rent a car for a long-term period?
Absolutely! We offer both short-term and long-term car rentals in St. John’s at discounted rates. Great for extended stays, work trips, or seasonal needs.
Do you rent to international visitors?
Yes, we do! Visitors from outside Canada are welcome to rent a car with a valid driver’s license (international drivers permit recommended if your license is not in English).
What if my flight is delayed?
If you’ve shared your flight number with us, we’ll track your arrival and adjust the pick-up accordingly. Just give us a heads-up and we’ll make sure your car is ready when you land.
